Arrange Rides

To allow us time to schedule your ride, call our office at 612-799-2899 at least one (1) working day before a scheduled medical appointment. Our office is open Monday - Saturday from 7am-8pm. Transport to urgent appointments can be scheduled at any time and is provided on an "as available" basis. During the evening and on weekends, our transporters can also provide service to non-life threatening urgent care, as well as rides home from a hospital stay. If you need to cancel a ride, please call us at least two (2) hours before your scheduled pick-up.

You will need to have the following information at hand when calling to schedule a ride:

• Name of your medical insurance
• Complete pick-up address
• The name, complete address, and phone number of medical provider
• Exact appointment date and time
• The type of medical appointment (ie, dialysis, OB, dental, etc)
• Return time, if known
